Chennai, India

We just arrived in Chennai, and were greeted by perhaps 500 Indians outside of the small airport. Can't wait for Indian curry. :)

Krabi

Marc and I spent 3 days camping on the islands near Krabi, Thailand. We did a lot of kayaking, snorkeling, swimming and beach-soccer. It was an awesome 3 days, especially thanks to the local guides and their ice tea on the rocks (inside joke).
We are now leaving the group (taking 3 girls with us) and going to a nearby city whe there will be a massive party tonight called Black Moon.
India very soon. :)

Ayutthaya, next destination in Thailand

                                         Marc and I left Ayutthaya yesterday, and we miss it already.

                                          We slept in houses on boats in the middle of the lake. Before dinner, we went for a swim. The water was great, so were the water fights with the girls.

Chiang Mai

There are so many pictures for this one. Marc and I went with our group to Northern Thailand. There we walked in the forest, swam in waterfalls, eat rice in palm leaves on rocks, tried worms and grasshoppers for dinner, learnt how to cook various Thai dishes including Pad Thai and sticky rice, ride elephants, and more.

                                          This is where we stayed the first night there. We were all scared of breaking the bamboo floor. The wake up call was engineered by the 50 roosters glouglouing all at once. (french word transformed into english verb - sry).

                                          mmmh, worms! The grasshoppers were crunchy then all gooey inside.

Making Pad Thai 

Bangkok, Thailand

"Watch out the ladyboys!" was what everyone told us. We didn't have much of a chance to see any, since we only spent a night there. Here is what we did see though:
