Marc and I left Townsville in the morning as the category 5 cyclone hit the northern coast of Australia. Buses and planes were all canceled, butwe luckily found a rental car and drove off as they were closing down the roads. We are now both in Sydney, and we are going to the beach.

ReplyDeleteWhat temple picture do you have on your blog's home page? Because I have seen very similar structures back in India...Is it an Indonesian temple
ReplyDeleteAngkor Wat
ReplyDeleteAh, ok. I read up on Angkor Wat and it was inspired my south Indian architecture. This is not surprising since around 800AD, South India was extremely powerful, with ships sent to as far as Cambodia and Indonesia. This is why those countries still have an element of the rich Sanskrit Culture that was prevalent in India at the time.
ReplyDeleteYAYYYY!!! You're alive! Imagine what would have been of me without you ;) Post some more pictures. I like them!
